Parks Forever Pack
BC Liquor Stores and BC Parks Foundation launch unique “Parks Forever Pack” containing four top-selling local summer beverage brands, with every sale supporting parks in BC
Vancouver BC, April 23, 2021: The BC Parks Foundation have teamed up with BC Liquor Stores (BCLS) and some of BC’s most popular beverage brands to celebrate BC’s Parks and BCLS’ 100th Anniversary by offering a special 24 pack of mixed beverage varieties, with sales supporting BC’s most cherished public spaces.
“Parks are at the heart of what makes BC beautiful, and support for parks has exploded over the past year,” says Andy Day, CEO of the BC Parks Foundation. “This is another great way that people can give back to the places we all love.”
The BC Parks Foundation is asking everyone to recognize and respect that current public health orders prohibit travel outside our local areas and gathering in public spaces such as parks. “For now the Parks Forever Pack may have to be enjoyed on your patio or backyard,” says Day, who is also asking that customers “enjoy the pack responsibly and recycle empties, in the spirit of preserving and enhancing BC’s public parks.”
The Parks Forever Pack has launched today at 68 liquor stores across the province for the summer season. It is a specially curated, mixed 24-pack containing a six pack of each of: Whistler Brewing Co. Grapefruit Ale, Hey Y’all! Original Hard Iced Tea, Lonetree Authentic Dry Cider and PYUR Black Cherry Vodka Soda.
A variety pack such as this, containing multiple summer beverage alcohol types, has never been offered in BC and is a one-time occurrence in recognition of the importance of parks.

The Pack sells for $46.99 with $1 from each sale going to the BC Parks Foundation.

Through crowdsourcing, the Foundation’s growing network of supporters has protected globally significant natural places such as Princess Louisa Inlet, South-West Ballenas Island, Edziza Conservancy, and now Lonesome Lake in the BC interior, as well as reaching over 1 million observation of nature.
Responsible alcohol consumption is permitted while camping in most BC public parks, but current public health orders in effect till May 25th prohibit camping outside your local area. Purchasers of the Parks Forever Pack, and all products at BC liquor stores, are reminded to check local laws regarding alcohol consumption in public parks while making plans.
The colourfully designed Parks Forever Pack contains messages reminding campers to pack out and recycle empties.
