Discover Parks Ambassadors
Engaging with park visitors to promote nature appreciation, safe outdoor recreation, and responsible park use.
Throughout the summer months, Discover Parks Ambassadors run educational programming for park visitors, such as guided nature walks, family friendly games and activities, and interpretive presentations. These programs and activities are designed to connect you with the natural world and foster a deep appreciation for BC's protected places.
The Discover Parks Ambassadors program is a collaboration between BC Parks and the BC Parks Foundation.

“Every plant, animal or tree that dies creates a better foundation for other plants to grow and animals to thrive. As such, let’s accept and be grateful for the dead ends, plans or projects that we lose: because these create a stronger and more enlightened foundation for us to build something better for our future.
