Together, we can protect BC’s parks system

As a volunteer with BC Parks Foundation, you’ll help create the world’s greatest parks system and ensure these spaces are enjoyed today and protected forever.

Volunteers take part in a variety of opportunities, from hands-on stewardship activities like removing invasive species to community science projects such as helping identify wildlife captured on remote cameras in newly protected areas. Please fill out the form below to share your interest, and we’ll be in touch as opportunities arise.

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the Conservation team at the BC Parks Foundation!

Volunteers support a wide range of conservation activities, from field data collection and invasive species management to supporting communication, mapping, and data analysis.

We welcome volunteers of all skill levels with varying interests. This information you provide helps us understand your interests and experience so we can reach out when suitable projects or activities come up.

We’re also happy to provide training and support to help you get started as needed, so don’t feel like you need to be an expert to contribute.

Because volunteer opportunities tend to be seasonal and don’t follow a regular schedule, it might take a while to hear back from us. Please know that we greatly appreciate your interest and will be in touch when a suitable opportunity arises.
