Park Enhancement Projects are the behind-the-scenes improvements that help people safely, comfortably, and meaningfully experience BC Parks and Recreation Sites and Trails.
These projects include trails, bridges, shelters, signage, docks, washrooms, and other infrastructure—as well as additional staffing—that go beyond what public funding alone can support. Made possible by donors, Legacy Funds, and community partners, park enhancements improve accessibility, safety, and stewardship while protecting the wild places people come to enjoy.
